We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

We will generally pick and pack your order within 24 hours.  It will then be despatched by courier either the same working day it has been picked and packed, or the following working day. 

From order, this process can be up to 2 working days in total before it is handed to a courier, depending on the time you order, previous orders we are working on, stock availability, and courier pick up times.

If you are rural, and require your parcel urgently, please consider whether you can have the parcel delivered to an urban address, or us NZ Post's Parcel Collect, or have it held at the Courier Depot for pick up.

Our preferred partner for rural addresses.

Limitations on size are 25kg and 0.125m2.  This therefore excludes most bore pumps, some of the larger multistage and farm pumps, and larger filtration systems.

To urban addresses usually a 1-2 working day service North Island, 2-3 working days South Island.  For rural addresses add an extra working day.

Post Haste

Our 2nd preferred partner for private addresses.

There are allowances for slightly larger packages.  This therefore includes some of the smaller bore pumps, some of the larger multistage pumps, and larger filtration systems.

To urban addresses usually a 1-2 working day service North Island, 2-3 working days South Island.  For rural addresses add an extra working day.

Mainfreight

For any parcels and orders that cannot go by courier, we use Mainfreight.  We pay for a door to door service, so in most cases, you should insist on delivery to your door.  However, please be mindful that it may be quicker for you to pick up from their nearest depot.

Usually a 2-3 working day service North Island, 3-5 working days South Island. 

 

After Despatch

Once your order is despatched, you will receive a confirmation email, and tracking details.  You can then track your order online.

Please note, that once parcels leave us, we do not have control over how long it takes to arrive.  We can assist by chasing a delayed parcel, but please understand, we cannot influence the carrier to deliver quicker.

Damage

If you notice the parcel looks damaged upon receipt, please take photos BEFORE you unwrap it.  If you have contact with the carrier, please mention damage to them and have them take note of it.

Once the parcel is unwrapped, if there is damage, please contact us immediately by emailing sales@pumpandpurify.co.nz with "Damaged Parcel" in the subject line.

Please include photos and details of the damage, and your contact details.

We will then contact you to organise replacement.  

Please note, we must be notified of damage within 3 working days of receipt. After this time we are unable to make a claim on the carrier and we may not accept responsibility to replace the parcel if it has been clearly damaged in transit and we are unable to make a claim because of delay.
